Alumni Association Update

We received a letter from Sr. Frances Schiminsky (known as Sr. Ann Philip when she taught at Holy Trinity School). Here is an excerpt:

"Please make sure you post my new address. I love the 'Cadet's Corner'. It is very interesting to read so much good about the Corps."

Sr. Frances is planning to start a new ministry, so please pray it comes to fruition for her. She is also waiting to hear from a few people (you know who you are) so please pick up a pen and send her a letter soon.

As of May 5th, our Alumni Association is legally chartered as a non-profit organization. Many thanks to everyone who made this happen, particularly Frank McKinnon who hand-carried our application through the process.

Nancy (Medley) Barber on the loss of her mother.

Ellen (Sis Hayes) Doyle on the loss of her husband.

George "Butch" Johnson and Everett Speas are the newest fully paid members. If you haven't paid your dues yet, please send them as soon as possible to Frank McKinnon, our Treasurer, at 7 Gilman Road, N. Billerica, MA 01862-3060. Every dollar we receive in dues is another dollar we can put to good use.

We have a total of five advertisers. Please patronize their businesses whenever you can. That is our thanks to them for reducing our production costs.

You can also advertise in our newsletter. To do so, please send us a business card. Rates are $25 per issue or $80 for four issues. Our newsletter is sent to over 160 members so we believe you will find this small investment worthwhile.
